MPEG 2 broadcast quality encoding has been provided by PRODISCVIDEO since 1996 when the first professional S.D.I. 4 board, C-cube chip, SIF PAL/NTSC, hardware encoding system was installed at our Sydney facility. Since them Sony Vizarro and other two pass hardware encoders have been added providing accurate, full resolution digitizing for any kind of project.

Support for all major film and video formats is available, including Digital Betacam (PAL and NTSC), Betacam SX, DVC PRO 25 / 50, DV CAM, MiniDV, etc

Final feature film quality DVD Authoring is completed by highly experienced personnel with Scenarist Pro or quality desktop vLink DVD recorders for faster turnaround, video archiving or budget projects.

All major title DVD pre-mastering is completed with industry reference Pioneer S201 DVD drives ensuring full compliance for laser beam glass mastering essential for replication.
