  • By arrangement, goods may be collected from the Neutral Bay office (strictly by appointment) and freight costs waived. However, notification will be required at the time of order, via either email or telephone
  • Shipping to a nominated third party is not possible due to commercial liability issues
  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation, which must be requested within 7 days from the invoice date. For this reason, please ensure each delivery is promptly checked against itemised online receipt at the time of delivery

  • Due to continuing internet transaction security issues for customers and vendors alike, WHOLESALE and INTERNATIONAL orders can only be accepted for payment by direct deposit in Australian dollars ($AU). This is a far more secure and safer option for payment, as your details are never exposed to any third parties (as opposed to credit card transactions).
  • When your payment is verified as credited to our account, your goods will be promptly shipped via Australia Post Airmail or TNT Express ensuring a 3 - 7 day delivery service for most international and 1 - 3 day service for wholesale (local) customers.
  • Please ensure that your payment is for the exact order amount in AU$ - any duties, taxes or original bank charges associated with completing your payment in AU$ must be paid at source and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Each country has different rules and regulations on goods being imported so please check prior to placing your order
